The New Student and Family Programs office has designed an orientation for new students who will be attending Buffalo State in the fall that provides programs, events, and information which create a common experience and promote school spirit by connecting students to each other and fostering learning and development both in and out of the classroom.
Registration for Fall 2017 Orientation will begin in the middle of March. Please see below for information on dates, cost and how to register for Orientation.
FY Make-Up Session: September 6th
To sign up for Make-Up Orientation please follow the steps outlined at the bottom of the page.

Make-Up Orientation will begin at 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. located in Bulger North.
The Orientation charge is mandatory and is used to cover the cost of running the New Student and Family Programs office and orientations. This includes the use of facilities, publications, materials, food, and staffing.

Please sign up for one of the first-year session dates through your Banner. Students will complete the First-Year Orientation registration form. Registration will open mid-March.
If you would like to pay by credit card and did not do so at the time of signing up, please click on the "Make A Payment" button at the top of the page to submit your online payment. If you want to pay by check or money order, follow the steps outlined in the "Cost" section.
