The New Student and Family Programs office has designed an Orientation for new students who will be attending Buffalo State in the fall that provides programs, events, and information, which create a common experience and promote school spirit by connecting students to each other and fostering learning and development both in and out of the classroom.
Registration for Fall 2017 Orientation will begin in the middle of March. Please see below for information on dates, cost and how to register for Orientation.

Check-in for transfer students will begin at 8:00 am in the lobby of the Campbell Student Union.Participation for the entirety of the program is required. Parking will be available in lots R13 & R14.

The orientation charge is mandatory and is used to cover the cost of running the New Student and Family Programs office and Orientations. This includes the use of facilities, publications, materials, food, and staffing.

Please sign up for one of the transfer session date through your Banner. Please complete the Transfer orientation registration form. Registration will open mid-March.
If you would like to pay by credit card and did not do so at the time of signing up please click on the "Make A Payment" button at the top of the page t submit your online payment. If you want to pay by check or money order follow the steps outlined in the "Cost" section.
Before you can register for classes, you must complete the Transfer Pre-Registration Tutorial, and get your access code/alternate pin. This access code/alternate pin will only be used the first time you attempt to register for a class.
