We are excited that you have chosen Buffalo State for your undergraduate study and hope that your experience as a Bengal is nothing short of excellent!
The New Student and Family Programs office has designed an Orientation for new students who will be attending Buffalo State in the fall that provides programs, events, and information, which create a common experience and promote school spirit by connecting students to each other and fostering learning and development both in and out of the classroom.
Registration for Fall 2017 Orientation will begin in the middle of March. Please see below for information on dates, cost and how to register for Orientation.
Make-Up Transfer Session: September 6th

To sign up for Make-Up Orientation please follow the steps outlined at the bottom of the page.
Check-in for make-up transfer Orientation will begin at 5:00 p.m. in Bulger North. The program will run approximatly until 8:00 p.m.
The orientation charge is mandatory and is used to cover the cost of running the New Student and Family Programs office and Orientations. This includes the use of facilities, publications, materials, food, and staffing.

Please sign up for the transfer session date through your Banner. Please complete the Transfer orientation registration form. Registration will open in November.
If you would like to pay by credit card and did not do so at the time of signing up please click on the "Make A Payment" button at the top of the page to submit your online payment. If you want to pay by check or money order follow the steps outlined in the "Cost" section.
Before you can register for classes, you must complete the Transfer Pre-Registration Tutorial, and get your access code/alternate pin. This access code/alternate pin will only be used the first time you attempt to register for a class. The Transfer Pre-Registration Tutorial will be available by November.
